Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Feb 2016 : SGD $ 1,937.11.
Income distribution in Feb came from SGX, Suntec Reits, Keppel Reits, Capitalmall, Sabana Reits.
Missed the sale 🙁 as I have caught the “busy” virus lately. What about you ?
War chest depleted by the recent sale. Maybe will have sale again?

No rules. I sell when I am no longer interested in the business or I don’t see potential in them. However, you might find one or two that does not comply to the rule and that I am still hanging on to.

is there any reason why you are heavily skewed onto SH and not the other telcoms ie ST and m1? (probably you have been asked a million times.. so please bear with me for the million and one-th time)
does SH have a fixed divd policy payout, coz it seems the yield is the highest among all 3 telcos?
whats your view on the impact of SH regarding the incoming 4th telco?

When I first started investing. I found that SH commits to a dividend payout every year in their annual report, also in the good old days, their dividends were increasing YOY. Thus, it was attractive then. However nowadays, SH no longer increases their dividends YOY, they have been maintaining at a flat 20 cents for quite many years already. The incoming 4th telco will definitely have an impact on their revenues and margins.
