My Stock Report Card for Nov 2015
Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Nov 2015 : SGD $ 58,261.26
Income distribution in Nov came from SGX, Suntec Reit, SMRT, Capitamall Trust, Keppel Reit, Sabanna, Starhub, Apple and Citigroup. Despite a relatively turbulent year, my dividends target did not suffer too much. I seemed to be on track to match my last year’s results although portfolio wise, it doesn’t look as rosy. Now that my money is finally freed from my renovation and property investment. Time to strategize abit moving forward to grow the dividends target and strengthen the portfolio to prepare for the next BIG sale.

My Stock Report Card for Sep, Oct 2015
Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Oct 2015 : SGD $ 46,530.24
Income distribution this months came from AAPL, Citibank, HPH Trust, AIMSAMP, DBS, SGX. Apple and Alibaba results is looking good. I am getting impatient with Twitter. Singapore market is getting really difficult to read or was it just me :-).
Kudos also to the DBS Vickers IT team who reworked their UI to let me screen capture my portfolio on their new website instead of having to export to an excel spreadsheet every month !
This month also marks the 2nd anniversary of my blog ! Do give me some feedback on what you’ve enjoyed reading and what kind of content you would like me to share moving forward.

Income distribution this months came from SMRT, Keppel Corp, M1, Singtel, Suntec Reit, Starhub, UOB, Capitalmall Trust, Keppel Reit, Sabana Reit. I added some positions in Keppel Corp, IBM and Alibaba during the market turbulence.

My Stock Report Card for Mar, Apr 2015
Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Apr 2015 : SGD $4,856.84.
Income distribution this month came from Bank of America, Aimsamp Cap Reit, HPH Trust and M1.
I added small positions in Alibaba and Keppel Corp due to their recent fall in prices. I also received payback from Keppel Land ($27,156) who has gone private through the Keppel Corp acquisition program. Apple reported smashing results while Twitter took a plunge due to it’s underperformance earnings and glitch announcements. Sabana results and projected performance is once again a disappointment. Curious to see Alibaba’s results this week :-).

Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Feb 2015 : SGD $3,125.85Income distribution this month came from SGX, Suntec Reit, Cache Log Trust, Capitamall Trust, Keppel Reit, Sabana Reit, Apple, Citibank. Sold Cache Log Trust.
Am staring at a paper gain of 645,260.553 SGD for my portfolio (Having butterflies in my stomach :-/). Apple is launching Apple watch today. Keeping fingers crossed 🙂

Total Dividend Collected from Jan 2015 : SGD $40.90.
Income distribution this month came from Keppel Reit and Singtel.
Keppel Corp announce to take Keppel Land private at 4.60. Apple and Facebook results were smashing. Facebook’s advertising strategy is looking really promising. Alibaba didn’t meet earning expectation.

Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Dec 2014 : SGD $59,072.58.
Income distribution this month came from Aims Amp Capital Industrial Reit, SPH and Bank of America. Bought Keppel Corp. Despite revising my targets from $65K to $60K middle of this year, I still missed the target as most of my funds were diverted to the property I just bought as well as renovation :-(.

No transaction this month. Sabana Reit looks terrible and Twitter has been downgraded to Junk. Alibaba is my new darling ;-p.

My US portfolio is getting more and more exciting. The banking stocks are recovering and my social media shares are outperforming. Am looking forward to the 9th September Apple product launch 🙂

Sold Wing Tai, Capitaland and Banyan Tree to raise some cash to cover my property payment. Income distribution this month came from Apple, Citibank, UOB, OCBC, Aimsampi Reit and DBS. My US portfolio is looking really promising. Am looking forward to the financial results of Apple in July and her upcoming product launches. I hope the fruit will not disappoint.

No transaction this month. Haven’t been spending too much time monitoring the market. Have been busy with work and sorting out the property logistics. However, May has always been a fruitful month where most of the companies will be rewarding their shareholders. Income distribution this month came from Banyan Tree, Capitaland, Capitalmall, Cache Logistic Trust, Keppel Land, Keppel Reit, Keppel Corp, Starhub, Sabana Reit, Suntec Reit and SPH.

My Stock Report Card for April 2014
Total Dividend Collected from Jan – Apr 2014 : SGD $14,735.66
Sold ST Engineering. Bought Twitter and Google just for the fun and thrill of it. :-).
I also took the plunge to buy myself a retirement home (resale flat). I have decided not to take any loans, thus I will be using my cpf to fully pay for this flat and fund the rest via cash. In the coming months, bulk of my income would be diverted to pay for renovation. I guess I have to revise my passive income goal this year to SGD 60K instead of SGD 65K. Exciting year ahead :-p
